Events usually have a mixture of light stretching to loosen up the body, guided meditation, Sound bath, Power of intentions power talk with Gaëlle Wizenberg.
We mix it up with laughing therapy and free Flow movement too. We have a team of Talented healers that is here to surprise you. Its so important to relax.
