Mini retreats in Sarasota

June is indeed a special month if it has two full moons. Here's a guide on what you might consider doing during this unique lunar month:

  1. Rest and Relaxation: As you said, June is a time to rest. Make sure you're taking care of yourself, both physically and mentally. This can include anything from reading a good book, taking long baths, going for gentle walks, to indulging in your favorite hobby.

  2. Setting Intentions: The new moon (June 15th or 16th come to the Objects of Magic inspirational mini retreats) is a great time to set new intentions or start new projects. Write down your goals and aspirations. Visualization and positive affirmation techniques could be beneficial.

  3. Practice Mindfulness: Engage in activities that encourage mindfulness and grounding. This can be meditation, yoga, or simply spending quiet time in nature. come see us in Myakka!

  4. Connect with Others: You might consider hosting a gathering to observe the new moon and the subsequent full moons. This could be a group meditation, a potluck dinner, or a moonlight gathering with family and friends.

  5. Cleansing and Letting Go: Full moons are traditionally associated with completion, fulfillment, and letting go. Utilize the energy of the first full moon to release any negativity or blockages from your life. This can be in the form of physical de cluttering, a symbolic ritual, or mentally letting go of any burdens.
